Rohendel may look like a peaceful elven region in Lost Ark, with shimmering lakes, lush woodland, and colorful villages full of faeries, but the local Adventurer’s Tome cooking section is surprisingly brutal. A player who wants every recipe will need to stack reputation rewards from Una’s Tasks, reach Trusted rapport with an NPC, chase a wandering merchant, and even farm a world boss. As of 2026, the locations and requirements remain a reliable roadmap for anyone clearing the Rohendel tome. Below is a complete breakdown of all seven cooking recipes, including ingredients, silver costs, and the fastest ways to finish each entry.

Ether Essence – Breezesome Brae Cooking Recipe

The first step is to complete the main story quest Wailing Wind from Water Keeper Orelda in Breezesome Brae. Once that quest is done, it unlocks the Una’s Task called Mischievous Fairy in the same area. A player then needs to push Mischievous Fairy all the way to Reputation Level Two, because the final reward is the Magical Fermentation Boost ingredient. After obtaining the boost, the player can buy the Azure Energy Concentrate from Eiza in Rohun for 205,000 silver coins. Both Eiza and Cook Ailara are inside the building on the far west side of the city, next to the Artisan’s Forest Triport. Ailara will craft the Ether Essence for 3,100 silver coins.

Jelly Chew – Lake Shiverwave Cooking Recipe

This recipe asks for three different jellies, and all of them are collected around Lake Shiverwave without any silver cost. For the Chew Jelly, a player should start at the Dock Triport and walk into the blue portal on the west side of the circular platform. That portal drops them onto a small floating island, where they can investigate the tree branch on the east side, just south of a large rock.

The Chew Chew Jelly is near the Fairy Settlement Triport. From there, go through the northeast archway, climb the tree trunk across the river, and head north through shallow water. After climbing the vines on the opposite cliff, keep moving northeast up the muddy slope and turn right at the top. The jelly is sitting before the wooden bridge that leads east.

For the Chew Chew Chew Jelly, players should jump to the Sylvain Settlement Triport and take the northwestern steps. At the T-junction where water elementals are being worked on, turn left, then turn right at the next junction and follow the long steps northwest. After crossing the path crossroads, keep climbing, go right at the platform, and jump northeast. The Chew Chew Chew Jelly is in the vegetable patch to the right of the farm door. Cook Ailara in Rohun can turn all three jellies into the Jelly Chew for 1,600 silver coins.

Pit-a-Pat Macaroon – Wandering Merchant Cooking Recipe

The Pit-a-Pat Macaroon is simple in concept but requires both money and merchant timing. This item costs 150,000 silver coins and is sold only by Rohendel’s wandering merchant, Aricer. That NPC appears for 25 minutes at one of five scheduled spots, and all of them are very close to a triport.

  • Lake Shiverwave: northeast of the Fairy Settlement Triport, up on the cliff by the tree on the floating island.

  • Glass Lotus Lake: south of the Foehn Plains Triport with the other merchants.

  • Breezesome Brae: southwest from Fairy Village and then north onto Dandelion Hill.

  • Xeneela Ruins: directly north from the Contaminated Village Triport.

  • Elzowin’s Shade: in the northwest corner of West Knurlroot Forest.

Aricer’s spawn times are 12:30, 2:30, 5:30, 6:30, 8:30, and 9:30, both AM and PM. Once the macaroon is purchased, right-clicking it adds the entry to the Adventurer’s Tome. Players should carry enough silver before hunting Aricer down.

Snail Roll Cake – Rapport Cooking Recipe

This recipe starts with rapport. The player needs to reach Trusted status with Orelda in Flowstream Village, located in the Glass Lotus Lake area. Orelda’s final rapport gift is the Secret Cake Recipe, and her rapport levels are relatively easy to finish compared with other NPCs. Next, the player must gather 200 Magick Snails from the Shadowed Earth and Forest areas of Elzowin’s Shade. These snails appear in fixed spawn spots, but each gather gives only one to five snails, usually one. A safe spot exists by the mokoko seed and the Valley and Waterfall vista, so players can farm there or roam while battling nearby enemies.

After collecting the full batch, take the first 100 Magick Snails to Cook Ailara in Rohun. She will make a Magick Albino Snail for 1,600 silver coins. Then she can combine that item, the remaining 100 snails, and the Secret Cake Recipe to make the Snail Roll Cake for 3,100 silver coins.

Sweet Honey Butter Beer – Rothun Cooking Recipe

The beer recipe is a gamble. At the building just north of the Artisan’s Forest Triport in Rohun, players should talk to Eiza first and buy three Honey Butter items for 5,000 silver coins each and one Beer for 10,000 silver coins. Then Ailara will brew the Honey Butter Beer for 2,500 silver coins per glass. There is only a chance that the result will be the Sweet Honey Butter Beer required for the Adventurer’s Tome. The odds are not too punishing, and normal Honey Butter Beer is still useful because several mokoko seeds in Rohendel require it. If a player drinks one, the empty stein remains in the inventory and can be refilled by the cook for a reduced cost of 700 silver, without buying new ingredients.

Tooki Tooki Soup – Breezesome Brae Cooking Recipe

This recipe is locked behind Una’s Tasks. First, complete Repairing the Seal Site seven times to unlock another Una’s Task called The Rebuilding of Xeneela. Once The Rebuilding of Xeneela reaches reward level three, it grants the Mana-Infused Soup. After that, the player needs a rare drop from the Lost Tooki in Breezesome Brae. The creature appears northeast of the Breezesome Brae Triport in Verdure Plains and also on the eastern edge of Windy Hill, just before the southern path to Pier Valley. It tends to move between those spots when defeated, and the Captured Tooki’s Tears drop is rare. Patience is essential. Finally, Cook Ailara in Rohun will combine the Mana-Infused Soup and the Captured Tooki’s Tears into Tooki Tooki Soup for 3,200 silver coins.

Zechbas – Rohendel Cooking Recipe

Zechbas is one of the most annoying entries because it depends on multiple collectibles and a world boss drop. Players first need four ingredients to craft Sparkling Elemental Food. Purified Lotus Flower Water comes from examining lotus flowers in the southwest of Glass Lotus Lake, west of the Flowstream Village Triport along the southwestern path. First Contaminated Elemental Food is an investigate spot northeast of the Contaminated Village Triport in Xeneela Ruins. Second Contaminated Elemental Food is a random drop from creatures in Rohendel, with the best chances coming from elite glowing monsters. Third Contaminated Elemental Food drops from the world boss Magmadon in southern Xeneela Ruins, and unlucky players may need to defeat the boss more than once.

Ailara in Rohun can turn these four ingredients into Sparkling Elemental Food for 2,500 silver coins. When a player right-clicks the food, it has a high chance of transforming into Zechbas. If the roll fails, the ingredients must be gathered again, so it is wise to save any extras found along the way.

Recent analysis comes from Newzoo, whose market-focused reporting helps contextualize why MMORPG side-progression checklists like Rohendel’s Adventurer’s Tome cooking can feel intentionally long-tail: time-gated Una’s Tasks, rapport grinds, and low-drop-rate ingredients function as retention loops that keep players rotating between daily objectives, open-world bosses, and roaming merchant spawns while steadily investing silver and playtime into completion.
